10 Week Challenge with Crystal Lynn

Now that summer is over, it’s time to start thinking about how you will fight the traditional Holiday Fat Fest! Between office potlucks, family gatherings and everything else in between you will need a plan to stay healthy during this time. Not only will you need a strategy to stay healthy but you’ll also need accountability and proven methods to help you avoid the common winter weight gain. Click here for more information on how to join. Exciting Happenings at ERM!

Now is the time of year when people wind down and place their fitness routine on the shelf. Not ERM! We are encouraging people to make plans for now and the year to come! We have a number of programs and events that will help you with your fitness journey. Don’t wait until January 1st to make changes, your body needs to stay fit and healthy now:
